The Digital Mammography Training & Self Assessment Workshop and a MRI Workshop will be offered at the conference. Please mark your registration form with the preferred date and time for each workshop. A BIC representative will forward your scheduled time. Note: A separate confirmation letter will be sent to you for entrance into the workshops. This confirmation is required to attend these workshops.
Registration is limited and taken on a first come, first served basis. Price includes continental breakfast and coffee breaks all three days, lunch on Thursday & Friday, and Thursday night reception. Spouses or guests may purchase a buffet lunch ticket at the conference registration desk.
Cancellations
A service charge of $50 will be withheld from all cancellations received in writing before June 1, 2008.
For cancellations received in writing from June 2 - August 4, 2008, $100 will be withheld.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after August 4, 2008.
Special Needs
The Breast Imaging Conference and Gaylord Opryland Resort are available to assist any attendees with special needs. Please call the conference coordinator to make arrangements for the conference.
